Hi loves!
Here I am, finally back with another video and this time we're going to be putting two very popular concealers to the test! As you all remember, I did a review on the LA Girl Concealer not too long ago and in that video I wondered if that concealer would wear better than it did that day by using my Becca Under Eye Corrector.
A lot of you said that you would definitely want to see it be worn with the Becca Corrector underneath instead, and that you would also like to see these two concealers worn side by side. So here it is!

I have been using the la girl concealer in creamy beige for years!I love it so much (I have tried nars, fenty,Mac)but somewhat this has a peachy understone that works well for my undereyes(as for the corrector my ride or die is Giorgio Armani master corrector for in apricot)Just recently I have ventured to shape tape and I got the shade medium too.I did a side by side comparison and found out both are looking equally good and its just that shape tape has a thicker consistency.Coincidently I'm using the same real technique brush also😁
i once asked la girl on their ig page if i can use heir concealer w other corrector from other brands. they said i can, but they mentioned that its better and more preferable if i use the corrector from the same brands (la girl concealer with la girl corrector) for better results. this is bc the formula for each brands are different, and that is why they dont really recommend to use la girl products w other brands bc the formula isnt the same. im telling this as a heads up to everyone. the concealer fron la girl isnt bad, u just need to correct it w the la girl correctors. if only u did the la girl concealer w the la girl corrector, it wouldve been a better and fair comparison

Tbh the la girl is covering your Darkness 50% better than the shape tape... So yea it settled but u were Wearing it all day and it's 3$ oh well... U look more awake

LA one is far far better! The Tarte shape tape side looks caked, where as the LA girl side looks natural as if you don’t have any dark circles kind of look.

If you're ever interested in a new corrector I really recommend the mac prep and prime highlighter pen in the shade peach lustre. I have the exact same under eye as you and it works great and it's in a pen format :)

Exactly yes! Same thing happens to me with the LA Girl! And I have the same under eye issues as you do.
I accidentally bought creamy beige instead of peach color corrector. Creamy Beige is a nice shade and really suits to my Asian skin. I’m battling some dark undereye and this works however, I mix the peach color corrector to creamy biege and result is very nice

Question: when you set your under eyes with the powder, do you re-dip into the powder for your other eye too, or do you just dip once and shake it off, and that’s enough for both eyes? TIA.

i’ve seen that makeup revolution concealer is a dupe for tarte shape tape. and it’s only $7
teckquila a imo it’s not nearly as full coverage but it wears a bit better, it’s not as drying

Is the tarte a little lighten than creamy beige?
Every concealer I try seems to end up the way the LA Girl did at the end of the day. When I put powder to set it I think it ends up even worse. I've tried almost all the concealers you've recommended so I think it could be my technique? Please help!
Try being light handed with the products. Less is more, especially under the eyes.

my under eyes are sooo dry recently, can you recommend a super hydrating concealer that still offers good coverage? i am the same shade as you in most products and have darkness like yours
Nawreen Juthi the too faced multi use concealer is amazing for coverage and hydration :)
I have dry eyes too and I have been using the Jeffree Star concealer and it’s so good!
I agree with both of the replies 👍🏼 The Too Faced Sculpting or the Magic Star for sure.

La girl looks way better your face is way more lifted the tarte side looks dry patchy and white you can seee a slight cast there’s a significant difference if your actually paying attention
