Probably was no warrent..they need to be served at their residence..not on the road endangering people...just an excuse that resulted in death..an excuse.making it up as they go.

She has no right to see her son in a hospital or jail hospital if he is in custody, he's an adult. He can make his phone calls when he's booked and have visitors when he's in the jail system.
