Tree service- first big jump is going from a truck and trailer to a Chip truck and chipper. Second big step is getting a machine that can drag the brush and feed the chipper! What a difference that makes!
Jake, a suggestion is to install pockets (c-channel) under the trailer and the forks can be stored on the side of the trailer and not take up space on the deck.
My work truck broke down on the way to a tree job this morning so I’m watching this instead. Great timing ⏱️ tow truck is an hour out so hopefully my phone battery doesn’t die also
great job, along with a great team that gets it all done without any damage and injuries! Randy is a great asset for any job! hope to see more of your videos! say hi to Randy and your other helper!
Take those ramps to a fab shop and have them modified to go in the stake pockets and sit upright. This will make them easy to store and also helps keep your load secured in the flatbed. Well worth the investment.
Down 16" at a time. Super workmanship. Issac (the birdman) needs a pay raise, he pretty much did the whole thing himself ,haha. Stihl 500 is amazing. Godspeed Jed.
I got onto youtube today and saw the new video! Lots of health problems weighing me down lately, this was just the medicine I needed to perk me up! Thanks. But...sweet!! Great team! That was an odd tree. And one MASSIVE stump! Sheesh! I almost hate when the video is over though. I wish they were longer. It's like watching a favorite TV show! Good job boys!
Well done Jake! Another one in the bag. For thorough stump removals, I prefer to have a tracked bobcat with a sharp bucket attached. With the right operator, a guy can rip, push, pull and break big roots out of the ground and have grass seed sewed with a quickness. I love avants as well. Big medium and small sized ones all have their place to make a job go smooth 😎
Yoooo! From now on the fast cut with cuts on the sides to make a branch fall straight and fast is forever named "lightsaber cut" in my book hahaaah. I just love you.
Used to plant trees in the Olympics for YACC (Young Adult Conservation Corps) in Shelton. That fir is called a "J" root. When planting you have to ensure the roots go straight down all the way...if any part of the root bends over into a "J" because the hole/slit is not open and deep enough for the root you will end up with a "J" root tree. When tree thinning J roots are the first to get thinned :>)
Have you guys ever carved a tall stump into a chair, with a curved backrest? To sit on or put a large Planter on? Love watching your work, very entertaining. Thank you all😊.
Love watching you work, things are done a bit differently here in the UK but I work by your rules and stay safe, thank you so much for sharing what you do and teaching me how to cut down trees safely 😊🥰❤👊x
Good on ya for the new trailer. You are expanding like crazy. good job. For an oldie but a goodie your 200 T cuts like crazy. What a neat saw. I really enjoy the chipper views. (gotta be a guy thing) Viewed in San Diego, California
Very complete tree service equipment, as well as the courage to climb the height of the tree you have. Chainsaw stihl 👍. I also use a stihl machine but ms 361
Look into the clam shell attachment that Branch Manager makes. You would have to drill holes in your grapple for the pins but it makes picking up piles of smaller branches and stuff way easier. Also works good for stump shavings!
The ramps against the tires will be fine. The only way I would see it being a problem is if it was hitting the rim, or the bead of the rim/ tire. Where they are riding looks money! Keep up the great work!
I quit doing this kind of work when I lived in L.A. Customer would contract with us to take down a tree, or do some dig and fill. Typically 1 - 2 day jobs. They would always wait until we were nearly done and then say "Hey, would you mind doing X?" I remember one woman (almost called her a lady) pointed out a trunk of a tree that had been taken down years prior. It was just the trunk, but it was a good 40 inches in diameter, and probably 15 - 20 foot. The debris was long gone, but she wanted us to buck it up and haul it off. For free. Want to guess where we found her? A referral from a friend of mine I was in the Navy with. He found her through his church. I swear, church people were the world's worst at trying to get trades to do extra stuff they hadn't contracted for, and trying to guilt you into it, usually by pointing out how "simple" it was. If it was so simple, why didn't you have it done years ago?
It's easy, yes ma'am we can do that ill give you a price break since we're here already, its only going to be $X.... a Christian won't do something like that because it's dealing deceitfully and that is frowned upon by God. Going to church doesn't make people Christians it's their fruit that tells the truth.
Run the avant on half throttle and it's not jerky. Your cousin is lucky to get what he gets! I don't care if it was my mother, I don't deal with firewood. I have a few firewood guys that either come in behind me or show up with their dump trailer but for the most part I sell the customer on finding a friend or relative who "wants it for free" by making it cost prohibitive to haul wood. Keep in mind if I am loading a firewood guy up with my machine I am still charging the customer to haul it and it's disappearing as it comes down so no going back.
I raised 175k and Maria Luisa Clare is to be thanked. I got my self my dream car & just last weekend, My journey with her started after my best friend came back from New York and saw me suffering in dept then told me about her and how to change my life through her. Maria L. Clare is the kind of person one needs in his or her life! I got a home, a good wife, and a beautiful daughter. Note!:: this is not a promotion but me trying to make a point that no matter what happens, always have faith and keep living!!
I’ve had 2 of the brand new pull cords on my 540 mk3 break. I was so hyped for that saw and I got it back from getting it ported and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. When it works, it’s the best cutting top handle there is. But keeping it in production is not something that’s easy.
If you need a hedge trimmer occasionally for stuff like that driveway clean up, the Stihl Kombi System is outstanding. I have the KM131R power head and there is nothing that bogs that thing down, no matter what attachment I have on it.
Nice longer video. The 2hr one was great! (I’m sure the editing is tedious, though) Also, love how safely conscious you are and how your team gets along so well.
I'm much happier with a trailer that's the same width or slightly wider than my tow vehicle. So much easier to control and reverse than one that's narrower, especially when it's only visible in the mirrors if it's NOT straight.
My suggestion is to maybe find/make a carabineer attachment point on the bucket for the larger bared saws to be secured to instead of the scabbard. * The cup holder in the Avant is only for Red Bull cans! 🤦 * Build a slouching seat back for the Avant for Randy 🤣
Jake, Samson rope manufacturers is just up the road from me in Ferndale, WA What an awesome list of products. Do you buy from them, I thought you might have mentioned them? Cheers, Rik Spector
34:29 Y'all do some outstanding work just have keep a better eye open for hangers & widow makers they are Deadly I had a widow make come down through my cab of my Falla Buncha miss me by mills bit it all good just occasionally hazards keep up the outstanding work I too love using plywood it save a lot of damage
Yer bro can get metal steaks drive im in with the avant. Make plywood fences when chunkin down rounds. Works well until hit a pipe. But yer can be quite strong stop them puppies rollin. Alway good vids cheers
Have a mounting place made to hang under the side of your trailer so that it's beneath the bed, and it's secured by locking device. Then it's out of your way, and all you have to do is set your other implements on the top of the trailer out of you're way. Then unlock the forks, and simply pull up to the side the forks are mounted to connecting them with the boom as you get into right position. This should allow you to do so whether next to curb too given the forks shouldn't interfer with ground clearance or stick far enough off the side to be any real hazard if fabricated correctly
You going to make me move out to Washington and bring that nice new Vermeer SC48 with me aren't you lol if you weren't so far I'd love to come subcontract
Tree service- first big jump is going from a truck and trailer to a Chip truck and chipper. Second big step is getting a machine that can drag the brush and feed the chipper! What a difference that makes!
your next to buy one. enjoy your vids
Pretty good for a guy that did not want to be a tree company
@@iffykidmn8170 no kidding! He's doing great!
@@eq4175 I just did. 😉 Video soon.
Just bought a ditch witch sk1550 so stoked to use it!
Love that Randy is officially part of Guilty now. Seems like a really cool team chemistry y’all have👍 Congrats on the company successes.
Agreed.
I love the dynamics between the crew. You have got a good thing going.
Jake, a suggestion is to install pockets (c-channel) under the trailer and the forks can be stored on the side of the trailer and not take up space on the deck.
Jake, I like how Issack is your "stunt double" and Randy does his own stunts! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! love the channel !!
Shout out to Randy for keeping everybody on their toes🤣
My work truck broke down on the way to a tree job this morning so I’m watching this instead. Great timing ⏱️ tow truck is an hour out so hopefully my phone battery doesn’t die also
You guys like your work and it shows. Super enjoyable to watch.
I know absolutely nothing about chainsaws except what I've seen here, but that 200T makes wood look like butter - amazing.
great job, along with a great team that gets it all done without any damage and injuries! Randy is a great

... also top notch editing of the vid. For real, I don't know who does it, but hats off.
Great job, Jake. Really loving your videos in everything that you do.
really great team. another awesome job. that stump was humungous. those 2 grinders were fantastic
Thank you Jacob for another amazing video, Isaac Randy and you work so well together it's a pleasure to watch you, Stay Safe as always.❤
Excellent video. Really like how this video flowed. Less back and forth between cameras and great drone shots
Great teamwork guys. That was a gnarly tree. Well done.
Nice job Jacob. It looks good. Looks like you guys were having fun too.
Nice work Gentlemen, What a team. You are truly Blessed My Friend

What a great video. You have a great team now. Good Job guys !
Great job, greatest working environment you three have. It aint work when you are having fun!
It's nice how you take the fire wood cut in consideration
Love watching you work, things are done a bit differently here in the UK but I work by your rules and stay safe, thank you so much for sharing what you do and teaching me how to cut down trees safely 😊🥰❤👊x
Man. you got so lucky with isaac!
Really fun video. A lot of work and stump grinding but well done. Thanks for the great video. Your team rocks.👍

As always a great video. You and Randy are perfect for each other. Issac is ok.
Great team....very entertaining!!

Great job.... harder than it looked for sure.
It’s great to see the old limb reaper back in action, the husky is a ripper but still have a spot for the 200t, good work Jake
Great trailer. Wide load trukin thru'
You all are unreal. You work you butts off and have mad skills
I really like the vibe in the team

Love watching your videos, I'm 37yrs old. $73,000 biweekly and I'm retired, this video have inspired me greatly in many ways!!!!💙💙
I'm feeling really motivated. Could you share some details about the biweekly topic you brought up?
I raised 175k and Maria Luisa Clare is to be thanked. Wow 😱 I know her too! Miss Maria Luisa Clare is a remarkable individual whom has brought immense positivity and inspiration into my life.
I miserly kicked off with a $2k, and the results have been mind blowing TBH!!
Wow! 😳🤯😳 If you're from New York, you'd know that Ms. Maria Luisa Clare is the real deal!"
in finland, where the avant is made, that cup holder holds all the cups
10:20 Jacob, the pedals are so jerky...
I was waiting for Randy to reply with... So, it's a lot like my boss! 🤣🤣🤣

Definitely gotta make "The Bird" t-shirts for Isaac

That was one big ass tree!!!!! Great job!!!❤️🙏🇺🇲
Nice longer video. The 2hr one was great! (I’m sure the editing is tedious, though) Also, love how safely conscious you are and how your team gets along so well.
Gotta say, the drone footage is pretty sweet.
With the power of friendship! 18:39
Issac the squirrel who climbs trees like a squirrel!😂😂😂
The Limb Reaper lives!!!❤
Randy’s the man
Isaac can put his bug juice in that cup holder!!!😂😂
Hi I'm 18 years old and I'm from Ukraine guys I adore you and your content Keep up the good work!!!
The climbing of Isaac
I'm much happier with a trailer that's the same width or slightly wider than my tow vehicle. So much easier to control and reverse than one that's narrower, especially when it's only visible in the mirrors if it's NOT straight.
impressive what the 3 of you did. Hard to believe someone who has access to firewood doesn't have a wood stove at his house.
Isaac with the chip drop antics. That chip pile did not look like a soft landing lol
I’ll be your 4th guy 🙋🏻♂️😂 I have a cdl, and obviously love tree work. Just wanted to throw that out there lmao!
Admiro muito seus trabalhos grande amigo, parabéns 👏 sucesso sempre
awesome crew
I absolutely hate grinding stumps. That track unit is nuts.
I can just smell the fir tree, very strong aroma.
Love all this!
31:51ff best drone shot. What views he had while up that high. Million dollar views.
That’s the trailer I was talking about
My suggestion is to maybe find/make a carabineer attachment point on the bucket for the larger bared saws to be secured to instead of the scabbard.
* The cup holder in the Avant is only for Red Bull cans! 🤦
* Build a slouching seat back for the Avant for Randy 🤣

wow another straight poll way to go jake
Way to go! Awesome content
Chips pine brush then sells it as Christmas Potpourri. Lol. I think that would be funny
some trailers come with fork tubes so you can haul the attachment forks under the trailer deck , more deck space the better.
Good work
34:29 Y'all do some outstanding work just have keep a better eye open for hangers & widow makers they are Deadly I had a widow make come down through my cab of my Falla Buncha miss me by mills bit it all good just occasionally hazards keep up the outstanding work I too love using plywood it save a lot of damage

Have you thought of using a leaf vacuum to collect the wood chips dust in a bag?
The drone footage of you at the top of the tree was an amazing shot. Also I have a Stihl MS290 farm boss and I think your 200 cuts faster.
The ferocious fir falling furiously
Now you need a chip vacuum.
The good ole 200T I have one myself and it’s the only bucket saw I really prefer to run
I love the naming of these videos and jobs how far can we go with the big tricky backyard fir
Orienting the butts for your crew is how you know your boss really cares for you.
I hope you kept the dump trailer. I feel like it is still useful.
Pretty sure he’s not stupid and got rid of it. Feels like you can never have enough type of trailers with this work
Good brother sukses 👍👍👍
That stump grinder was wicked bad.
Hopefully you charged accordingly for that grind. Going that far below grade was a lot of work. Smooth job btw!

"He gets better, and I get.... older" lol
