We present our 'Talanoa Lelei' series. This programme is a mini series of Facebook Lives by 'Ilaisaane Langi sharing practical tips on parenting teenagers with their mental health and well being. The programme will be in Tongan and English.
During February, Ilaisaane will be speaking on the topic 'Falala pe 'Ikai falala (Trust vs Mistrust)'. In this video, Ilaisaane outlines the five love languages and the ability to recognisie invitations of conversation with your teenager. She shares a personal story of a conversation with her son.
