CCF Briefing: Remarks from U.S. Representative Mikie Sherrill

On September 10, 2021, IHEP hosted the Supporting Our Shared Success briefing to highlight the need for a #CollegeCompletionFund, in partnership with TICAS and Results for America, and with support from UnidosUS and Third Way-organizations all dedicated to the success of today’s students.
We were honored to hear remarks from U.S. Representative Mikie Sherrill. The CCF is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to promote completion in a thoughtful, evidence-based, equity-centered, student-focused, innovative, and comprehensive way, and - alongside investments in college affordability and in critical institutions - to address longstanding inequities in college access and success.
