Thanks so much for your time and explanation. Could you explain what is the difference between as to a follow and accompany dependent. I am just hearing it for the first time?

Follow dependent is when your dependents will not go to the USA together with the main applicant. They will do their visa appointment later and will go to USA later on. Accompany dependent is when the main applicant and the dependents will attend the interview together and will travel to USA together. There is an option in the DS-260 form where you can select whether your dependants will accompany or join later.
