Now I am totally ok with people taking it for weight loss. But, what I am learning from researching these medications is that there are some nasty side effects that are not being publicized. They are making way too much money selling them to people and do not want the negatives out there. There is also an issue with people getting addicted to the weight loss and losing way too much weight. Then there is the issue of cost. Most insurances won’t cover it for weight loss and it’s extremely expensive, so the people that are getting it have financial resources to do other options like eating better or hiring a trainer. I agree with Eric. It’s not all about the weight. If your face looks busted after taking Ozempic, it’s a problem. Personally, I like how I look in clothes better when I am 15-20 pounds lighter than I am now, but I like how my face looks when I have that extra 15-20 pounds. Now that I am almost 50, I need to weigh what is more important. A haggard old face or a nicer body. I am leaning towards a chunkier youthful looking face even if my butt is too big. 🤷🏻♂️
Spot on Alex! The same with weight loss surgery. The ones who look sick and haggard don’t workout. That’s one thing I did literally 4 weeks after surgery and have been ever since. People who don’t look like a deflated balloon and just look sickly without any muscle tone. For men, muscle helps to make and keep testosterone and that helps to keep you young and youthful looking and feeling. Working out, especially strength training, is so important when losing weight.

They said something about 30 minutes in about "being hungry 2 hours after breakfast." That's indicative of a problem in itself, you shouldn't be hungry again that quickly unless you're eating a very imbalanced diet
