A SNEAK PEEK - a very rough first cut of the making of the pilot episode based on Nannes comedy book MeloDrama Queens - What could go wrong? With the ambition to make a movie or tv-series of it.
PLOT: The ”schlager” artist Mimmi (Nanne), who has not been successful in terms of hits since the 90s, has with short notice been given a chance to perform in a big live TV gala this evening. On the way there, with her stage dress on, her daughter calls and asks why she is not at her granddaughter’s parent-teacher school meeting, which Mimmi hadxpeomised to attend but forgot, in her eagerness for her appearance on television. So she arrives in her grandkids school, a bit late and very stressed to make it in time to the TV shoot.
