Just for Canada the rules (laws) of engagement for phone calls require that an agent identifies him self with full name and company name (once they are your clients is not needed but on first call it is). Other than that your techniques are very valuable. Thank you for sharing.
The drop off information line will not work for ny company because all of our correspondence is completed over the phone. No agents go to the customers house.
Question.... should you add asking them to “write down” the time you’ll be there? We are dealing with seniors who most forget to do things few days ahead after all.
