    Makes sense that fresh produce sells more because it goes bad in people’s homes quick and it’s cheap

    What do you mean by produce exactly?

  • @Just_Net

    How long should you sit on dried goods before you need to replace it for a different product? You mentioned it would take awhile before you see your profit, how long should you wait?

    • @lifeasiknowit89
      @lifeasiknowit89  2 роки тому

      You are already thinking with the right mindset. If something isn't moving fast enough it has to go!
      It really depends on the product but most dry goods are expected to be a slower mover. It also depends how busy and large your store is.
      General rule if you haven't sold about case in a few months you should be trying a different brand/version or completely. eliminating the product.

    Hi out those 30k what was your revenue after expenses or net profit? Im think of opening a grocery store and thank God i saw your video it seems like a profitable business to start. Thanks you for your video it helps allot.

    • @lifeasiknowit89
      @lifeasiknowit89  7 місяців тому +1

      Hey there. So you can roughly estimate with 30k revenue you are left with 11-12k gross profit. Then you have to pay your operating expenses from that. So 30k is the baseline to be somewhat profitable in our situation.
      Of course every situation is so different it's hard to compare this. Estimate you have a gross profit margin of 35 percent on your sales.

      @@Ysvnmnks Well this video was shot a few years ago so things did pickup very slowly. So we are about 40-45k a month now things are comfortable but you really need to hit higher volumes to see a very good ROI. Sometimes in small location it can be tough to exceed past a plateau.
