They might have to fix this in the future because the clarion can be useless when running with a nature, electric or celestial healer. If a tank or another healer is running clarion they will have to be aware of the type of healer in the group. Using the clarion artifact will not be viable when those healers I mentioned above is present because you cannot fully utilize the shield effects gained from the clarion artifact.
Yeah I've healed with the clarion art and since it's a healer shield it's override a healer shield. Whatever healer shield is popped first will get kicked off. Unless a player has less health where the shield goes on a different set of players than you pop your healer shield it won't override it since the person didn't have the shield to start. Only healer shield It doesn't override is hardligh and idk if that's because they changed it but at one point I believe it was under the healer shield category
Clarion shield cannot override electric, nature or celestial shield although they use it first. Those shields will stay on the group they cannot be override. However Clarion shield can only override water and sorcery shields, and water and sorcery shields cannot override it if the clarion shield is used first.

I can't get clarion to proc constantly idk if it's glitched or if other artifacts make it not work? Has anyone else had this issue?

Good vid Celestial also has one more shield in Death Mark I assume it also overrides Clarion but I can test it
