Dancers always get an extra boost of energy when the song is familiar and sung by ‪@madonna‬. Feeling like I'm back in my senior year and happy to finally use the song in my class. In contrast many times when you get a student that is not comfortable in their own skin it becomes more of a distraction. So if you go in a dance or any type of exercise class be open and understand that we are all there for one reason. Getting fit and learning something new. When you walk in to criticize or make fun of the instructors or are too busy on your cell phone just don't bother. Everyone is paying for a membership and this is one hour for your own health.
