Wife filed false complaints against husband and MIL 498A, DV, DOWRY, 506 and abetment to suicide without any base. Cases above wasnot contested by the complainant wven after a year. In that case husband filed divorce due to the mental trauma. But consellor is onesided and supporting wife side ans asking husband to forget everything and livw together. Wife is still not ready to accept guilt and top if it demands MIL to stay away.

Bro...Got married on Feb 2021 and stayed for 40 days...n those 40 days nothing happened between us...my husband used to behave as psycho ...he has beaten me many times.... whenever m going nd tried talking to him..he used to avoid me..he was manipulating to avoid me...got to know tat he s having issue...my parents also got to know and asked his parents to advice him nd go for treatment...but he hasn't accepted ...he went to Bangalore twice without me n those 40 days...he was having 4 night shifts nd one b shift (IT industry)...while doing night shift he used to sleep at morning nd do the shift at night...he won't even talk to me..when doing b shift he used to extend d shift like anything till 2 or 3 am...n d morning he will go out nd come back at shift timing only..it was going like tat n those 40 days...after tat came to my mom home as he went to Bangalore to get assets...so came here...he didn't come only ...in between his dad died due to corona...they informed us late n d night...we tried calling him but he didn't pick the calls...it was a severe lock down time...after 5 days when they released the lockdown my parents went d provided some money....his relative told tat we will come...but after tat also they didn't come only ...they were simply passing the days now it's been more than a year they cheated us...next year January my parents went with relatives there...but they talked rudely...decided to go for divorce after tat only...in that one year tried contacting nd talking to him ..tried making understand him...but he used to scold me like anything i.e bitch nd all....now after applying divorce we went to court for 2 hearings...but they came for only one hearing...my lawyer discussed with his lawyer...they lied many things tat marriage only didn't happened nd all...then now they r saying like we will mutual divorce but we will just return their things...we won't give any money.....if it's okay then okay ...he s having issue and done mistakes...but escaping like this..no rules only n India to punish the person like him....kindly suggest me what to do further.........my life wasted ....no one will marry me after divorce...haven't started living only with him.
But who will understand my situation....they wasted my life and they r not even basic humanity...still they r doing like this.....there r no rules only to punish them....lawyers also money minded can sense.....
