Is Oregon Osha root a sub-type of Osha root or an entirely different herb? The bottle of tincture I have is labeled Oregon OSHA root, but the specific herb named is Ligusticum Grayi
For some reason I realized that I am a shallow breather. I got an oximeter and when I put it on my finger it says 94-95 which freaks me out so when I do some deep breathing within less than a minute it’s back up to 99 I don’t know why I breathe so shallow. I find I hold my breath when I’m walking upstairs too I don’t understand it

The illusion is the idea of separation. We are actually everything, the universe expressing itself as_ ur name goes here. Everything is "God"Creator, everything is self. I have eosinophilic asthma. I am just starting to OSHA to try to get this under control . Have tried many things, so why not give this a shot.
