I've had my scan n cut for 2 years and have barely used it. So glad I came across your channel. Love your work. Subscribed.

Hi Paula I started following and I love how simple you make everything. I would also use the press and peel to use the cutouts to make a negative space card as well. Thank you again for making it look so simple.

Instead of guessing why not use the scan feature to show the paper on the screen? Then you can see precisely where everything can go and make it fit. One thing you might want to get is a Xyron cold press machine. It has easy to drop-in & load / swap cartridges for laminating, making stickers, making laminated flexible magnets. The machine is hand cranked using pressure between two rollers to apply your paper crafts to whatever material you have loaded. So in your case the cartridge with either repositionable or permanent adhesive would be the one to use for making cards. An even coat of adhesive is applied to whatever is fed into the machine.

Thank you for this tutorial. I'm having big problems with trying to get images from Google images and transferring them to my s&c. I make sure they are svg ones but once I have saved the Google image to my laptop ( I use windows, not mac) and when I open canvas & try to upload the svg to it, it says it cant upload image. I have no problem doing this with my cricut but just cant get them onto my canvas. Do you have a tutorial on getting Google images onto canvas please. I'm getting so frustrated with it. Sorry for the long message x

you need to make sure it's SVG. Google images will bring many types (jpg, png..). If not, convert to SVG on convertio.co

I think these images must just be on the DX machines as my CM900 doesn’t have it.

so sorry! I have the DX. If you have any of the online CanvasWorkspace kits, just use whichever images you have. I have tutorials on how to convert files.

Don't know the brand, just type "kraft paper" online and you will find a few.
