You forgot the most important Monster for the Deck:Golden Homonculus gets 500 Atk for each Banished Card, can be searchable with Iron Knight and can be normal summoned if needed. The Helios cards are also an option here....I also forgot to mention Easter of Millions if you feel like stylin' on Folks.
out of all the cards in that archetype, I like Hexe Trude. And not for the reason you may think. I just simply like her design and how ready she is to cast devastating spells on her opponents
I play a Stromberg deck in Master Duel and I'd say a good 75% of players forget about the atttack protection and end up ruining themselves. Also it goes great with Gren Maju Da Eiza and Eater of Millions

i had no idea iron cage was a card ngl i think this archetype is really cool, wish the field spell was a bit more flexible and allowed you to normal stromberg cards, because rn theres rarely an incentive to summon anything other than hexe trude also ADVENTURER TRAP MENTIONED!!
As someone who loves janky decks, I have to point out the existence of Solomon's Lawbook, which is a trap card whose only effect is to skip your next standby phase.
People probably also overlook Stromberg's, er, attack wall because they find the effect too incredulous to believe. It's still a pretty decent effect even with the prevalence of outs to field spells and effect destruction protection.
I’ve come across many decks in duel links that literally ignore the golden castles self destruction effect somehow. I’m not kidding. The ammount of times I’ve tried to deck out the deck and that card remains face up on the field is so stupid it hurts
I actually like to play gold moon coin in my golden castle deck since drawing the right cards is so important and you have so many trash cards that your opponent can do nothing with. One time I gave my opponent an Iron Hans and a Prinzessin before summoning gandora (after a single golden castle trigger), and dropped macro cosmos on my opponent. Even if they discard my monsters, they're just powering up my monsters, and ensuring that when I draw Necroface, they're added straight back to my deck.
I remember back in 2018 I think when this card was announced I was perplexed thinking "What? Their ACTUALLY printing Golden Castle Of Stromberg?! How are they going to translate it's effects from the Anime? It was seriously broken in the anime."

One combo i always did was stromberg summon prinzessin and pumpkin carrage, summon a danger, link 2 barricade board blocker, then set the trap card all out attack
I have a version of this Deck that runs the Utopia cards to try and bring out the OG Utopia powered by Utopia Double for a possible OTK on Turn 2. The Golden Castle cards have a pretty good Rank 4 engine with Iron Hans and Iron Knight alone, and Debris Dragon also helps with this, bringing Prinzessin back (it also works great with Pumpkin Carriage for Level 7 Synchro Monsters).
Nova gingerbread house says 2500 or more attack so if u use it on the opponent boss monsters that have 2500 or more attack there boss monsters are destroyed and if they bring it back from the gy u can do it again bcuz gingerbread house is a continuous spell card and then u can play childs play to protect your monsters so you'll be getting a bunch of LP with protection from child play
I already composed a numellia stromberg deck. It works but I'm trying to find a way to put the banish cards back in the deck that isn't Necroface. Next support should mitigate the 10 facedown banish.

Stromberg cards with Kaiju's, Gren Maju and Soul Absorptions to gain 500 LP for every banished card has resulted in alot of surrenders lmao... Necroface is clutch in this deck too, smack people and have like 30,000 LPs left lmao I only use the castle, hexe and glife though. thats all you really need
YO! I didn't know that this deck was a legit thing! That is so cool. But even saying that, i dont think im in a rish to play them. It looks cool and flavorful, but if i had to play this deck....I'd only use Hexe Truse & Pirencezz. And give them both Fairy & Spellcaster support
This is such an odd choice for an anime Import. Only used in two duels, the field spell in only one, during a filler arc. Seriously, if you asked me what anime deck I would not expect to be imported, I wouldn‘t have mentioned this one because it is so obscure.
Stromberg only summons from deck. Hexe Trude is the only monster in the theme that's level 4 or higher, and the deck lacks reliable ways to tribute summon, so giving Trude that ability is at least a hedge against such scenarios. Let's say your only available Hexe Trude is in your hand, and it's the monster you need. The effect also lets you avoid tributing any monsters you currently control.
Stromberg doesn't turn off your normal summon by itself, only activating the deck summon does. Hexe Trude's normal summon effect is basically to make it not be a brick if you hard draw it.

Playing Stromberg in Master Duel is funny because sometimes people forget about its attack protection effect while its on the field.

Don't forget Necroface. I played it in a Shiranui Stromberg deck and it works pretty well.

But... wouldn't the true power of this deck be the mill? Forget the theme, milling 10 per turn IS a win condition.
If more things end up interacting with face-down cards, perhaps, but as of now, those cards are more or less gone for nothing.
