thanks so much for this! The struggle has been real! LOL
Haha! Sometimes I have to get my cheat sheet out to remember it. The struggle!
Thank you for answering a question I've often had, but patterns don't explain!
Happy to help!
Thanks for showing the one with no wrong side of fabric but with the bit of raw edge. I like it!
Of course! On a fabric with a clear right/wrong side, it is probably preferable.

Definitely preferable on fabrics either a clear right/wrong side. But on a linen or yarn dyed I think the wrong side showing works great!

Loved that. Thank you. Loved the bound edge fly/zip too. Thanks so much.
Glad you enjoyed them!
Thank you so much for this tutorial, it's very timely for me as, today I decided to use flat felled seams for the new Seamwork Parker Jacket. Now I can stop wondering how I would make the cuffs work and just get on with it.🙏
Yes! Perfect for cuffs/plackets that are in a seam.
That was so good. Thank you 😊
You're so welcome!
thank you!
You're welcome!
Saving this!! Is it possible to sew a side vent with a french seam if you are sewing on lighter fabric and don't want topstitching?
There’s already a tutorial scheduled to go live on Friday at 6 am Pacific covering a French seam with a side vent. 😊
Thanks@@SewSewLive I can't wait to see it. :)
