Hello Luiz, I would like to mill steel. Can you suggest a manufacturer who produces a high-quality end mill for the Sherline? I am amazed at the skills you have exhibited, using a machine with such a small form factor. Thanks for your amazing videos and tutelage…Harold
Hi Harold, sorry for the delay in responding to you, first thank you for watching my videos and your nice comment. So, here I use Kyocera end mills, they are great for all kinds of materials, including stainless steel. Luiz
Luiz I have visited Sao Paulo in 1994, Brazil is awesome! The sherline machines are very strong you can tell when compared to the other machines there size.
Micscience Hi buddy, oh I'm glad you have visited Brazil and you liked the country. About Sherline thats right about the machines are very strong, principally can tell when compared to the other small machines. Thank you for the kind comment. Luiz
Luiz I am interested in the micro lathe tools, the holder, and the carbide boring and turning tools. Did you make the holders, or modify a holder? are the bits pre ground? how do you sharpen the bits? I am very interested in the way you use the Sherline"s and tooling on them. interested in the Threading lathe. did you do the CNC, looks like there is a servo motor driving the spindle. I watch all of your videos, many times. keep making the videos. many thanks for your efforts. gary in Kentucky
Thank you for redoing the question Gary Now I understood. Well, all the my sherline tools and modifications are developed by me. My new series about tool is ready. Only lacking writing subtitles I think that my new video about this, gratify you. Shortly I will make a video about threads with details Thanks again Luiz
Hi Gary. In the exact moment I'm making a new videos series about my micro tools. I will post this weekend You could redo the question with more details? Thanks again Luiz
Hi Dimitris, So, generally i use a mix of mineral oil with kerosene, to steel like this video, 80% oil with 20% kerosene, and for aluminum is inverted 80% querosene with 20% mineral oil, normally teh resultis is very good. thank you for your support on the Tryally page in Facebook. Greetings from Brazil. Luiz

Was that of carbide rotative burs, the results are very good.
Luiz

This Is a rotative table, and CNC controled, (computer numeric command)
Is a good product Sherline of US.
