The question is, what causes the blood? I know she loses HP when she casts her skill so it makes sense, but in the animation neither the sword nor the whip hit her. It just seems to spawn from both of her arms, through a jacket and through armor. Maybe it has something to do with power imbued in her tattoos. Lore-wise this would make sense but she'd have to take off her jacket so we can see what other tattoos she has.
