Okay this isn't the one I was looking for, but I did do this yesterday while going back and clearing puzzles I missed. Easy way to do it: use mona and run on the water. In case any other late comers need help later. Buy yeah the puzzle I needed is the one up above this where you have to fly around and collect dots. That one is quite possibly the worst puzzle I've done so far in this game.

I'm genuinely convinced Hoyoverse didn't review Inazuma before releasing it to make sure it was ok, it's THAT awful
