I once saw someone said itto is unlikable because he makes shinobu's life harder. That really screams "I don't read anything about their backstory so I'm just gonna make an assumption" 💀 Shinobu cares for the whole gang and the whole gang cares for her. It's very wholesome
I saw someone mentioning Shinobu is a tragic character because she could have become someone more important but she got stuck with Itto and his gang. Which is funny considering that's the whole point of her character, having a cushy job or being important does not bring her happiness, being free and helping the gank is where she is happy the most.
@Linda Les no it's because she didn't like working there that's why she quit being shrine maiden,she have strict parents wanting her to become shrine maiden which she refuses.That's why she left her family and join the arataki gang because that's the only place where she's accepted

I honestly love Kuki and Itto relationship, they give so much siblings/buddies vibes and Kuki is the only girl to be so close to a guy to even touch his butt and without them making it sexual or a Ship thing.
At least I like to think of her as a girl who simply like having guy friends slightly more than girls and that they aren't romantically interested in each other but just act like siblings/best buddies, however I also feel like I'm the only one thinking this and that if I say that their relationship doesn't seem romantic I might get killed just for that XD

@@lupita_Arsi Yeah, honestly I've seen many people either do Cosplay or arts intended as romantic even before Kuki came out and it's so sad.
Not because they can't Ship it, but because you rarely find representations of Boys and Girls being friends without romantic feelings.
Chainsaw Man is like this but with time everyone made it sexual and romantic which is sad.
The protagonist and the girl sleep together, bathe together etc. and he literally said "This doesn't feel hot" as in "I can't get it hard/I can't feel excited with you".
And he's a straight healthy boy just to point out.
Despite that which made obvious he doesn't see her as a romantic interest and neither wish to have sex with her and the Mangaka themself said that they are just like brother and sister people now insist that they loved each other romantically, which isn't true but it really made me annoyed.
Before I came out (Trans FtM) I've had many guys friends and luckily I never experienced questions like "Are you two interested in each other?" as far as I remember, and I'm glad of that but the thought feel sickening.
I hate it when they can't acknowledge the fact that friendship between opposite gender without falling in love is a thing.
