I haven't watched the video yet, but if this guy says that North Africans are really black and that the people of today are just "arabs" who invaded and replaced the population lemme just say that's literally impossible. Even modern day Hispanics look, for the most part, very similar to the original Native Americans and they actually did get wiped out and replaced by Europeans. From my knowledge of what I have read heard and been told by my elders is that we the Amazigh. Not "berber". As it's no better than the N word. We the Amazigh originated from the same peoples that the ancient Egyptians did. I have also learned that we were 100% a black peoples, or "those burned by the sun". I haven't watched the video yet, but if this guy says that North Africans are really black and that the people of today are just "arabs" who invaded and replaced the population lemme just say that's literally impossible. Most civilisations of North Africa stem from North-East Africa/Horn of Africa and back migration from the Levant......
Till this day..... despite invasion and migration of multiple populations from Phoenicia/Arabia/Europe..... the majority of North African males belong to Haplogroup E1b1b which is indigenous to North Africa, Horn of Africa and the Levant..... E1b1b is said to have first arisen in the Horn of Africa.
Additionally Nilo-Saharan groups from North-Eastern Africa (Western-Sudan) who carried haplogroup E-V38 which would later give rise to the more prominent E1b1a subclades dispersed from their homeland in Western-Sudan across the Sahel region establishing many communities along the way.... they moved further west into West-Africa giving rise to many empires along the way. Some later ventured further into the interior regions of West-Africa, Central Africa and later South-east Africa.
North Africans are essentially North-East Africans who've experienced a lot of gene flow from Eurasia/Arabia, however the genetic contribution was mainly maternal as they still maintain some of the highest Levels of Haplogroup E1b1b which is an indigenous African paternal lineage.

It is incredible how much influence Arabs exerted, Egypt, Syria, Tunis, Morocco, Palestine, Iraq were all their own cultures, languages, identities now all are Arabs.
