My front upper teeth are hurt n lower theory touching them during sleep wakes me up in pain. So I was wondering till the teeth is fixed can I used half of these for moral teeth to keep from teeth apart while sleeping?
I was also told to make sure the guard does not touch or cover your gums as it dames them and to cut the edges so it does not touch the gums. Yet as soon as I do that it no longer stays in my mouth and no longer fits. I keep buying these and cannot get it to stay in once I cut the top edges. But again I cannot have the top edges touch my gums so seriously how can this work?
Stop taking everything so seriously, its a rubber its okay if touched your gums for a few hour just for the sake of training. Everyone in my gym does and no one has faced any problem.
I got a mouth guard like this today I hope it helps. I hope I did it right my grandma helped me with it . I hope it helps with saving my teeth I can't afford a big dentist bill I would be heart broken if I lost some of my teeth. I promised to die with all of my teeth I guess it doesn't always end up that way. I brush my teeth , floss my teeth and use mouth wash . The next step will be braces if I can save up for them . $5,000 for braces is alot of money even with payments . I am not going to get visaline or the smile club because getting those types of braces because they don't work and mess up your teeth.

if it doesn’t touch your gums than that is a bad thing beacsue it wont protect the roots of your teeth. make sure it touches them
