I purchased the Adult Gel Max Power. I followed the instructions verbatim. Had my phone with stopwatch going for each step. Everything worked fine for me. I put the mouthpiece in a few times after finishing and it pops into place over my teeth each time. It fits great.
1.) Bring 4+ cups of water to rolling boil
2.) Turn off heat
3.) Let water sit 20 to 30 seconds
4.) Put mouth guard (gel side down) underwater no more than 60 seconds. Hold the tether only.
5.) Remove and shake off excess water
6.) Submerge in tap water for 2 seconds
7.) Lick lips
8.) Align with center of top front teeth using mirror
9.) Insert in mouth and press on to top molars with thumbs on both sides moving forward to front
teeth
10.) Bite down hard and suck in strongly for 20 seconds. Press along lips and cheeks.
11.) Keep in mouth for additional 25 seconds.
12.) Remove and submerge in ice bath for 30 seconds
13.) Double check fit

I like that mouthguard with attachment to both sides. I do sparing each week sometimes twice a week and the first gel nano lasted 1,5 years. Very solid!

I got the Kool aid ones for wrestling. They cool.
Attach the tether while fitting, you’ll have a hard time to attach it to the helmet. It’s better to use tongs or chopsticks to do the dipping, then attach the tether later.

I just bought the kool-aid one on Amazon it worked perfectly it took the implant of my teeth first try follow the instructions and it will work if it didn't you messed up somewhere. Lol

U gotta bite down while wearing thats how all mouth guards work
It says boil for 30 seconds but 40 seconds worked better for me. And a quick swipe under running cold water, not 2 seconds submerged. I made sure it was good and warm for better molding
