  • In this video, I'm showing you my method to grow this amazing productive vegetable in the UK, and it never fails. You will be harvesting every 2 weeks if the weather is consistently warm until the night time temperatures drop below 10C. I can never tire of eating this vegetable as its so delicious. If you live in the UK, please give this vegetable a try...

Love it! If you don’t want it to wilt so quickly pick in the morning, before it warms and gets humid under the plastic. The sudden temperature/humidity difference is what is causing it to wilt.

Indian Style: till harvesting was right but when cooking or serving, we prefer it NOT raw, but cooked; so, we must prepare a vegetable dish with this beautiful and beneficial plant by chopping into smaller pieces, and then typical saute it in oil with garlic, (may add few shrimps, and few masala, if you like) and salt to taste, till all are cooked well. Delicious & simple food that goes well with rice !
