I just picked up an 02 FXD with 8500 miles, it is super nice but not as well kept as this one. Since I bought my dyna, I've parked my Performance Road Glide. Nothing like ripping the streets on an old dyna.
A beauty! My comment relates to low mileage older bikes. I bought my '05 Wide Glide(carb'd), here, in Honolulu, in Nov., 2019, just a couple months prior to the start of COVID-19. The odometer had less than 3, 500 miles!
I also have an '05, but a Wide Glide(carb'd). We own one of the so called "bastard" year bikes; 2004-2005. So named, because a lot of the parts are interchangeable only between these two model years. Go figure.
Very nice bike, I own this in a 03 anniversary edition, as my first Harley. Would really love some suport asking a bunch of probably basic questions about owning and running a Harley Davidson. Like this, what can i use to " polish" the black engine parts? and bring the black back to life a little?
Looking at getting one for $800 under 5000 miles. They are requesting a buy through ebay with free shipping. Full coverage. Am I getting ripped off or is this a really good deal? Looking for some advice - never rode before.
Hay" Keven thats a nice one you have their, I have a 2005 triumph rocket 3, would you happen upon a sweet maybe around 2004- 2012 Harley v-rod, icould be interested also do you guys take trades? "Thanks and be safe!
totally another manlie man's bike. What's carborated mean any ways? What's the carborator. What's it got to do with that manlie man's bike sound? Yeah the little kid in me would love a carborated Harly. Like I said befoer my favorite is the V-rRod. Despite the fact it's not a man's bike sounding bike
Carbs are nice but EFI is so much less problems. If you have more than one bike and like to tinker carbs are for you. If you only have one bike, not a lot of mechanical skills and want to ride go with fuel injection.
The sound on this puppy is just right if you ask me. haven’t heard one like this in a long time. just a beautiful bike.
Long live the Dyna.

I love my 2005 superglide
Mins; 2:54-3:11, that pap out the exhaust that banks off walls, you can hear and know it, it will bang through gears, it's the perfect balance
I like your Videos..! Greets from Germany 👍🏻
05 was best year, fuel injected, chrome package, better dash and still had narrow glide
You could still get carbs until 06 man

I'll be damn he sure does! Warriors 🤘
Ken Kaplan is the main reason that I buy Lottery Tickets . Stick some yellow leads and red plug caps on it and that would be my dream bike .

Please learn how to spell carburetor
@@elsey1976 Either you have a sense of humour as dry as mine or you also can't spell carburettor .
@@bobgibb2781 I spelled it correctly actually. Between 8 yrs as an emt and 3 yrs law enforcement, my sense of humor is twisted lol
