Yong puto na gawa ng mga ilocano noong araw na nabibili ko noon sa baguio city hindi ko na muling natikman sa ngayon, iba ang lasa ng mga puto ngayon. Masarap talaga yon.
Really love this recipe!! The texture is just how I like it! I would add more sugar to make it a bit sweeter and next time I'll let it rest a bit longer also. Thanks for the recipe!!!!! Super fast and easy!!!

@@islandgirl8199 Hahahaha
Thank You very much, I’m trying it
I’m love the cake
Did the batch you made in this video seem enough for a big Khi Tes ceremony? I noticed you steamed white ones first in the video, 3 batches of those little cups then? or did you happen to get more? I plan to make some for my first newborn's khi tes ceremony next weekend.
Very clear presentation, others are not. Yes, I definitely likes it. keep up a good job.
Your video and your instruction really good. Hope everyone can make good steamed rice cake as you. Thank you.
Mine turned out nothing like it did in the video... When done steaming they cakes fell and became a chewy tapioca consistency. I followed the directions step by step and my cakes turned out like what you would find in bubble tea. It's a no go for me.
What size is your molder? 1oz or 2oz? In your recipe how many rice cakes you made? Hoping to get an answer from you. Thanks
Hi Lina! Thank you for this unique dessert. Although it didn't come out as I expected and no rise either. However it came out more like silkworm cake dessert. It tasted real good with some grinded roasted sesame seed, peanuts, salt, sugar. Very creative.
Try tweaking the recipe. I know when I travel to MN I have to adjust the amount of tapioca starch. Make sure the yeast is fresh and rapid rise.
After you cook the rice flour did you allow it to cool before you mixed it with the first mixture?
I wish you would have shown what kind of cups you used and wheee you purchased them.
Thank u for sharing i will make this soon
I like your recipe thank you so much for share with us👍👍👍👍
Hi Lina - I like this recipe, the only thing is, the quantity is too big to make especially for a smaller family and to cut the recipe in half is sometimes a problem to make even but thank you for sharing this recipe.
Is rice flour and tapioca both 1 kilo... And for the 2nd mixture after cooking, is it warm or hot before u mix to 1st mixture... Thank you
Do i need to mix second batter to first batter while it is hot or hv to let it be warm

Instead using yeast, we can keep the mixture overnite for good fermentation. That will be very natural process of cooking healthy food.
It won’t rise.
