Oddly enough, I think the weakest link is the back end bullpen. Abreu and Pressly have underperformed as setup men. Hader has finally become Hader but too many leads are being lost in the 7th and 8th innings. The starting pitching has been a pleasant surprise. I expected the opposite scenario.

Hader is finally doing is thing but at the beginning of the season and still a little bit now, I wish they kept Pressley as a closer and hader for setup. But I guess they can still setup with abreu and close with either one.

Hunter Brown almost had a 12. Era at the beginning of the year and has won his last 10-5 since June.
Spencer Arrighetti (rookie) never got run support early on and struggled as well but he’s got almost 40 strike outs his last 4 starts
And Romeo Blanco literally but the Astros on his back at the beginning of the season and carried us to wins when the team could barely put together any runs.
Now Kikuchi?? Just won tonight vs the O’s so that’s 5 wins for him since he’s started for us 😂

They have been doing this with pictures for years now when scouting talent whether it be the trade deadline or offseason, look at all the pitchers they have picked up in the past who credited their analytics department was seeing pitches being used ineffectively, bringing them into the system and showing them when and where to throw what pitches which makes all the world of difference.

Let’s talk about this a little. MLB needs to change the pitcher win/loss rules. Framber throws 7 no hit innings, Hader blows the save giving up a 2 run HR in the 9th, Meyers and Altuve do the job to bring us back to win and Hader gets the win! NO WAY! Do a video on that. Talk about that.

They do this EVERY year lmao people doubt them and then by September we are back on TOP. My theory is that they party hard and don’t care at the beginning of the season. Then come august they start taking it more serious. Gotta give the rivals hope ;)

The Rangers lifted the division this year.... run it back, minus Montgomery, while hoping to tread water for maybe DeGrom and Scherzer to show up in July and pitch like they we're still in their primes.

Yet Astro fans act like they didn't cheat at pitching too. There's a reason they throw so many curve balls. They've been using sticky stuff for years. They're just really good at cheating like the Patriots.

@@actsismmljcorrectlyobeyed6190 There's freedom of speech, but there's also freedom of religion. People can pray and spread the word how they want, but this isn't the time nor place. That's why the founding fathers set up separation of church and state.
