It's bigger, the colors are nicer, and it has more equipment. I recommend it.
The SHF has jack (ha ha!) for accessories and its chest/butterfly joint assembly is kinda ass.This one by ZD toys is bigger, shinier, better equipped, and has equal articulation minus ankle pivots and toe bends.
@RealmJD ZD toys are cheaper but with quality control.
