Problem people have with police presence at Ace Cafe is that police (9 times out of 10) would rather go after someone with a wrong size number plate or the riders performing wheelies/burnouts outside of Ace as opposed to going after bike thieves. So yes, police being at Ace Cafe ruins it for the hundreds of people who turn up every Friday (bike night) including kids.

The law refers to this as intent, a criminal offence. Problem is that HMW said "You should of stabbed him in the back" which isn't implying that HMW's sock puppet wanted to stab HMW, nor that he was offering to, just that the Insta user should have done it whilst HMW was right in front of him. There's no legal recourse from this - that's why Paedo Hunters wait until a criminal action has been taken before acting - such as waiting for the suspected scum to send images, request images, arrange a meet etc. With the correspondence shown in the video, there's not that much that HMW can actually use, nor any solicitor could use to bring a charge - what charge could they bring that CPS would follow up with?
