We have a Smeg CS 19A-S 900 mm oven and had major problems with the oven door not closing properly. Found out it wasn't the spring but rather the pivot points in the chassis.
Have the same issue with same oven but its a A11A-5 here in oz. i just used $5 magnets from Bunnings to hold the door closed. Its the weight of the door and the new pivot brackets will fail like the old ones. Have been able to remove hinges without turning upside down as my door switch failed and its attached to the LH pivot bracket. Its a squeeze but doable.
I have the cs9gmxhta in Australia and it looks like cost cutting has removed the replaceable insert. I only had to pull the back panel, gas knob cover and sides off to access this. only way i can see to fix it is to weld another piece in. Looking at the parts diagram it looks like you can buy the whole lower upright frame (left and right side separately). This will mean disassembling a fair amount of the oven. Who the ****designs this stuff? It originally came with small nickel plated metal shims on the parts that bent but they disintegrated rather quickly.
In other words the oven is a piece of crap that has already started falling to bits on you. A door hinge is such a simple, elementary component that is so easy to engineer to last a lifetime.
speaking of kiwi ingenuity, I didn't even replace the hinges, just cut a couple of 10mm washers to use as shims between the top of the spring and retainer pin, just like that, door shutting properly again for about 10 cents worth of parts and half an hour of my time.
Quick question if you're still reading comments on this video - I have the exact same problem and have managed to replace one of the hinge brackets without pulling the oven out at all - that bracket looks exactly like the one you show in the video, and just took a bit of fiddling to get a hand under the oven to hold it in place until I could get a screw in. The left hand bracket is not just a bracket, but is riveted to a metal plate about 8cm square. Did you have to deal with this as well? I am hoping not to have to turn the oven upside down, but it *looks* like this thing is actually bolted to something related to the oven door sensor (which turns the light on when you open the door). Did you have to deal with this? I'm wondering if you can take a guess on whether flipping the oven was necessary in hindsight. Cheers!
I think 105 kg, but easier once you remove everything. It was actually easier to turn it upside down on a large dropsheet than try and reach up from underneath.

I suspect the metal could be less rigid and prone to bend again. Have you experienced that ?

I have same issue, how on earth did you turn the oven upside down? The oven must weight about 200kgs !

Agree more like 105kg but heavy enough to remove a few lays of shoulder skin lifting it into a London flat😅

Smeg I find is very poor quality , not what they used to be.
I detest Smeg ovens ours is absolutely rubbish :(
