I would like to try and make this hat band for my sunhat I crocheted, and my band needs to be 24 inches long to go around the hat. I am wanting to learn how to do macrame and starting to watch UA-cam videos. UA-cam taught me how to crochet 3 years ago.
On your directions it says cut 6 ropes of 320 cm which equals 126 inches or 10 feet 6 inches. This seems really long for each cut rope. In your video it looks more like the length of each rope could be no longer than 36 inches. Thank you for your help on this, because I think this hat band is awesome.
