You got the best header ever made, that 6 into 1 long tube I believe is an Edelbrock that SOR used to sale. I used to use those they really make good power. Can't get them anymore and the 2 piece one is no good. A little secret copper spray on gasket maker works the best to seal that intake/exhaust they like to leak. Between the fuel injection and that header it will run like a V8. If you go with a DUI HEI 70,000 volt ignition and gap your plugs at .055 that motor will be awake. Sorry to bug I just love this stuff, great job and video

Yeah that is what I am going to add to my build the motor is been totally Restored new pistons and everything top to bottom. Added RV Climber cams according to my builder and will install the 38MM Weber with the 6 to 1 header and DUI HEI ignition according to him he says it will be one hell of an FJ40

Great work, also its a condenser not an evaporator, the evaporator is on the cabin side. Cheers

I installed an aftermarket A/C on my Jeep. The stock fan did not pull enough air across the evaporator while at stop lights. So I installed an electric fan directly on the radiator. Granted, I lived in central Florida and it is hot as balls. I'd be curious if you will encounter the same thing with that stock fan.

Hi Matey, great videos, they have helped me alot. Could you please tell me what brand and where you got the intake manifold from?
    Thanks,
    Aaron

Luv ur channel! My girls & I are binge watching it! Sorry for a noob question, but didn’t you need to resurface or grind the engine header?

      Thanks!
Quick follow up: I noticed that originally when you removed the header, you took the time to reseat the valves, so I assume that you were initially going to keep the original? What made you decide to just get a new one? Was the original damaged?
