This is perfect timing as I’ve a 2003 225 in Red where the lacquer is constantly peeling, so I’ll be following suit and undertaking this journey in the coming weeks. Appreciate every little detail in this video my friend, great work and great editing.
Removing the spoiler is such a pain 😅. I'm looking to wrap my TT as soon as I finish my front bumper. This video will come in handy thanks for all the great info 🤙🏼
Don’t see these cars much anymore. Seen a silver one in someone’s driveway and it still catches my eye. Love that you have two Audis to switch content with.
All is so good on your vids. The amazing task first of all, the video quality, the scenary, the music, editing and so on ! I wonder about the detailing/washing on vinyl ? Of course I guess no way to apply some wax for example …. Don’t know.
Hey thank you! It means alot to me that you like my style that much. And the cool thing about vinyl is once it's on you can still do stuff like wax, ceramic coat, etc. I'd probably avoid polishing though since its not like paint and could scratch with a rough enough compound. Thank you for the support!
Respect. I wrapped the roof of mine and I did not enjoy it. So I am impressed with your results and I'm not a blue fan, but that color looks very good.
Haha yeah it definitely has a learning curve. I am stoked you like the color! I also am not usually a blue guy but I love how chalky this one is. Very different from what I've seen before.
I like that your shirt on the hike matches the color of the wrap 😜 Great work and I appreciate your words of engouement at the end of the video. I'm thinking about wrapping by b5 s4.
Haha I've got alot of small details like the shirt hidden in the videos lol. I'm stoked you enjoyed the video! Also I can totally recommend it. The s4 was my learning car so it's a solid place to start!
Excellent job, both car and (as always) video! 👏🏻 Have the same model, in different (Denim) blue and fortunately still good paint. You also seem to enjoy mechanical watches. 😊 Judging from rom the brief glimpses: Seikos?
I’m about to start my Audi TT and was wondering when you are wet sanding how high do you go and do you use primer on top or leave it just sanded before you put the vinyl on top?
I like idea of wrapping, but can’t stand the door sills and edges when the door opens. How to work around that? I am thinking of wrapping my roof and spoiler black
You can totally wrap both the sills and the jams. Just takes a bit more time since there are some fine details. I will likely do that exact thing when the exterior is done and I catch up on the other projects! Thank you for the support!
@@HunterDirection looking forward seeing that. Depending on the outcome I might take on the wrapping challenge myself. Keep up your approach and channel content :)
That's an awesome question. For learning I intentionally got about 2x as much as I needed to do the car because I planned on messing up to learn. If you are really good a 75 foot roll could do the car, so anything more is bonus. The cool thing is you can always order it in smaller rolls as you do it and can gauge how much you need rather than all at once. I had a ton left over.
Super stocked to see it finished 🤘🏻🤘🏻 ( with the trim, mirrors n lip kit bring gloss back, maybe anodize or powder coat the gas cap gloss black also🤷🏼♂️ .. just a thought , either way it’s going to look killer 🤜🏻🤛🏻 )
@@HunterDirection it’s an inside thing with 666. I’m not telling you what to do. It’s your choice. It’s trendy to say OMG and JC too. I quit watching Adam LZ because he started saying JC. Just my personal preference. I don’t need to watch.
Carrying the TT community with such great edited and structured videos
I like how you overlaid your wrap progress with hiking higher on the trail. Nice job, I always enjoy watching your videos!
Looking great! Love that color.
Thank you! I am stoked you like the color and how it's turning out so far!
Great video. The narration, clear step by step explanation & filming style. Really enjoyed watching.

Dang! She’s coming together so nicely, so stoked for you😁

IM OBSESSED WITH THAT COLOR!! ❤
I really love it too! Thank you for the support!

Excellent work. You are becoming the master of vynal. Look forward to seeing it's completion.
Haha by no means a master! I've still got so much to learn. Thank you for the support!
Looks rly good man. Wetsanding was definitely worth the trouble as this wrap job is so clear and smooth
Hey thank you! I totally agree about the wet sanding. It takes a while but I really love the finish you can get!
Excellent! I would subscribe for just the quality of the videos you make!
Man you should check out some of my latest work😅 I really appreciate the support haha
Dude I'm loving the editing for your videos, the beginning was awesome 😁
Hey thank you! I am stoked you are enjoying my style
starting to come together big time ! and btw, nice hair cut

It's only a matter of time until the tt gets a built motor, crazy to see how far this car has come
HEAT IT UP 🔥
I’m about to start my Audi TT and was wondering when you are wet sanding how high do you go and do you use primer on top or leave it just sanded before you put the vinyl on top?
You can wrap over the sanded section. You can also spray primer but you'd need to sand that flat too haha.
Thanks.

I would have preferred the red wrap, but man it looks stunning! Kinda makes me want to wrap my car
Im definitely not forgetting that red😉 I've got some ideas for that. Thank you for the support!
When you were learning how to wrap on your s4. what dimensions did you buy for learning?

How was the price of wrap for the whole car?
here before this blows up
What the channel. Or the audi?

Hey thank you! I'm excited to see it all done as well. That's a pretty sweet idea! Thank you again for the support!
Please don’t with the perfect/okay symbol with your hand. You don’t normally do that like all of the other UA-camrs. Don’t be trendy.
Lol like talk with my hands? 😆 been doing that since high school lol
