Living in Norway | Modern apartment tour in Bjørvika, Oslo
Вставка
- Опубліковано 6 сер 2024
- Welcome to Norway and Bjørvika, a new, modern and trendy area of Oslo. Not too long ago, it was an industrial part of the city, a busy dock and a transport interchange. Then, the city removed the docks and containers, put the traffic roads underground, and cleared the waterfront on the Oslo Fjord. Today, I will show you one of the new buildings in Bjørvika, and we'll tour a 46-square-metre one-bedroom apartment. Prices in the area have risen by 74 per cent over the past four years.

Thank you for this beautiful video. Yes this is my #goal ❤
Thanks for the upload 👍
The only places worth living in Oslo are the highly expensive Frogner, St Hanshaugen, Majorstuen and then the lesser expensive but still expensive Torshov - Løren. Sofienberg/Tøyen might be OK but you are getting close to the center from the east which is not preferable. Other places are either not central enough for the price or too high crime, and in that case it's better to live centrally in places surrounding Oslo.
Very honest seller. He just forgot to mention that there is a motorway just right in front of that beautiful big window of that apartment. Very noisy and full of car/busses/truck pollutions. The designer of Bjørvika live in the Aker Brygge area and he self says that he wouldnt live there because of the noise and pollution. Not to mention many sports cars making lovely sport noises reving at night.
