Scotch It! You scotch gods.
Blend of a handful of single malts aged 5-6 years spending time in reused bourbon and older Oloroso sherry casks finished in Mizanura Japanese Oak.
Thank you
Thank you guys for another awesome review! I definitely usually stick to Nikka and Suntory distilleries but I will keep my eyes open on this one. There's a lot of new distilleries showing up in United States from Japan. Not all of them are that good lol.
Roger that
Nutty character - funny coming from the Dummies!
What you talkin about Willis!
If they had just labelled it Pure Malt like a lot of Japanese releases for blended malt, then you would have known what it was upfront.
I've seen this one quite a bit, but they have an Omakase pure malt 8 year that I can't locate. It might be a travel exclusive. I tend to avoid Japanese whisky's generally. Even Ralfy says there's not much "integrity" when it comes to Japanese whisky laws and their products being transparent. Thanks dummies.
👍
Probably made in Scotland, label made in Japan.
