Why dont you Google the rough pubs in an area before going there? You seem to be going to like not so bad places.
This channel is a great find! I miss the old pub crawls, don't get to do them much anymore, avin a pint at home and sticking this on the telly fills a hole my soul! Your inspiring me to get out again.

“Beach is absolutely rammed” 🤣. As for the pubs, they are my kind of places during the day. Usually get a right mixture of characters and easy to talk to most people. I dont risk going into towns at night, too old for dealing with all the trouble.

I live in Blackpool, this video is quality 😂. 13 bonny street is nice now, when it was the pump and truncheon it was pretty rough as the police station was across the road, anyone let out of the cells used to go straight into there 😂. The roughest pub was the george (not far from the king Edward), which literally fell down, every table was screwed down due to them getting thrown through the windows etc.
Pump And Truncheon used to be good at one time but went downhill. My mate and I were in there one stormy day and had the fire going. Went in the George once and you could tell it was rough but it was alright. Wheatsheaf had a reputation for being rough and another mate was shitting himself when we were in there but I loved it. Same with the King Eddie: never had any issues in there. Roughest pub I've been in in Blackpool was The Sun Inn.
Man, the guys standing outside the bar drinking, telling you it was closed......🤙🤣🤣🤣
First time watching your vblogs. I can honestly say, you are a breath of fresh air. Solid and honest. I go to Blackpool once every year, and I find the people are very lovely and kind. Its an wonderful place to go with your mates. 24 years , and I have never had any trouble out an about. Thanks for an unusual take on a City Tour. Brilliant

Blackpool is a great night out. I've been going for 28 years. There are some hidden gems there. The lifeboat can be wild late on. I have been in tears laughing at the antics that go on there. Great video.

Really like this channel. As somebody from the US. One of my favorite films is The World’s End because it gives you that element of a pub crawl and shows the character of the old time pubs.
I know you are showing the grim side of it. You are also showing the beauty of what makes these towns great which is the history. I’d like to see you go around more football towns showing us the neighboring pubs diving into history of the city and the people in it. Keep up the content. No criticism at all just want you to keep going.
There should be some kind of drinking game where everyone takes a drink each time you say “it is what it is”.

I like Blackpool, cheap and cheerful plenty to do, beach is nice, obviously has it's downside but I don't know anywhere that hasn't. . Wish people wouldn't slag it off or be snotty about it, looking forward to going for a few days soon

Nothing beats a proper British seaside on a hot sunny day , and finding a decent boozer to have a couple of cold ones is a big ol' bonus .

Blackpool was brilliant in the 90s especially bank hol weekends ,never really been any rough pubs there and I ve stayed there was weeks with work and tried sniffing out the proper pubs ,if you’re doing Belfast ,you could try l/derry that is a good city
3:08 The Ardwick is one of the best old style pubs in Blackpool nice and friendly staff and customers and real strong ale a great starting place if yer in Blackpool for the weekend, i recommend a few pints in here to start off with you will be rocking trust me, i've been going in there for the last 2 decades when in Blackpool !

I've lived in Thornton-Cleveleys for 24 years now and never knew they had a mono rail ride in Coral Island, lol, well worth £2 though. Your videos are great lad. Sis and her hubby used to go in the Life Boat pub with my other sis and her partner, they liked it in there. The back streets in Blackpool needs a lot of regeneration some of them are quite Dickensian.

Well said about leaving beer cans on the beach. Its disgusting. Try some of the micro bars around blackpool they are good, especially Shickers bar on waterloo road.

Had a long weekend in Blackpool in 2005 with 40+ friends from South Wales… Only bars I could remember were the Tower Lounge and the Flagship Bar…. What a weekend……..

Had this problem with Blackpool. Walked down the front from the tower to almost the adventure park. All rhe hotels only served guests. Gave up and drank cans on the beach instead 😂
Number 13 on Bonny St used to be where all the coppers drank after work then drove home LOL
Used to love a knees up in Blackpool and know quite a few of those bars from old.
Last time I went it was heaving in the afternoon, just like old times but dead at night so we ended up at the north end in the soul bar. Great craic in there

I was in The Ardwick 2 days ago (June 14th) same lady served me. We then went 'next door' to The Lifeboat but it was closed for what looked like a major refurb. Shame that because when we visit Blackpool we always head for there. Nevermind
