- Boxes are always arriving at the RC Driver workshop, we love making content and sometimes it’s the little boxes that have the coolest contents. Greg just had a box from Traxxas inside and he wanted to share the contents with you as he pulled the items from the box. This video was going to go in one of two directions and an on the spot, on camera decision was made to install LED lights into the new Traxxas Corvette Stingray 4-Tec 3.0. Greg will show you how easy it is to install the light set and take the car out for a spin afterwards. Enjoy!

Only 4 bulbs for the rear? It has 16 spots to put lights. I’ll wait to see if TRAXXAS is going do a full light kit for it. I have a gray one and love it. It’s my first street car in years.

I love the look of this light kit, I dont run any rc without lights ;) But I have search every where I can in Canada (eBay, Banggood and Amazon included) and they are all out of stock and traxxas will charge $65 to ship it... I will get my corvette next week hoping the light kit will become available soon.

Is that a non stock motor? Don't they usually have titan and traxxas on them in big letters?

Can you please do a video on how to set up the pro scale light kit for the bronco! I got my bronco Sunday and will be getting the light kit soon! (Edit) is the procedure similar to the other models?
Should be similar the others. Check out my video with the Defender. It’s a bit more detailed than the light install I did in the Sport. I’ll do a video on he Bronco soon, but it probably won’t be super detailed like the Defender vid. If there are any differences, I’ll point them out.

It's nice how conveniently everything clips in, but for $35 I could buy a set of much brighter LEDs with a functional brake/turn controller system from somewhere else and make it even cooler still.

Just curious, but what is the max voltage the LEDs support? As usual, Traxxas doesn't seem to want to provide that kind of information on their website, even though everyone else knows it is much-needed information.
Speaking of which, why does Traxxas have to always be so friggin' secretive when it comes to providing information on their own products? For example, call Traxxas support asking what the extended and compressed measurements are of any shock, they don't seem to have the slightest clue. Seriously, how can they not have such basic information on their own products?
For the Corvette set there is nothing in the instructions. For the Pro Scale light set I showed, Max voltage is 12.6V. It would be nice to have voltage info on all kits though for those who may want to run independent packs. Not sure why they don’t supply the info. 🤔
