And on the question about to start a relationship with God last year l came across Michael Todd's thirsty 30. This is whereby you read the word for 10 mins, pray for 10 mins and worship for 10 mins. That can be a start, half an hour a day 🤷♀️. Oh yes continue to protect your peace guys 🙌.

Mpoomy I love that about depression and dealing with things in different manners instead of "praying it away". Prayer is super powerful, however I also believe that Psychologists and other professional people who help us deal with our health in general are sent by God.... kinda like.... part of their purpose is to help us fight depression. yabo?
