Thiruvalla is developing day by day. Now it is almost better than Kottayam. Thiruvalla is now a business center. No development in Kottayam.But lot of Hospital lot of college etc in Kottayam. It is a District. But this Shopping complex is 5 or 6 miles from Thiruvalla Town. That is a disadvantage now. But gradually that complex will get more people. Near by Believers Medical college Hospital. If this complex was in Thiruvalla- Chengannur road or Thiruvalla- Changannchery road it was very good. But space is required.
Curious to know how they will manage waste disposal and recycling. Hope Tiruvalla does not become the waste capital of Kerala by getting waste dumped in wasteland / near railway station
This bld did not progress for more than an year. Work progressed till Covid breakups in Jan 2018. In 2021 end, work re commenced nd finished all main steel structural works. Today Shree Yousff Ali was in Thiruvalla. Wish he could take over this project to commission.. Best wishes.

Right from the beginning of the video the.location of the mall was very clear We mallues build such complexes and huge 5000 sq.ft houses but look at the side walks with shabby petty shops streets and road sides leased out to free and unruly taxi and auto rickshaws, narrow roads with no respect to any traffic regulations roads sides strewn with garbage bags and goes on the list.How can you make this so called God's own country a tourist spot unless the state takes stern steps and constructs an express way similar to the world outside from one end of the State to the other
