4:46 Nice job. The only thing I might change is to wrap your electrical tape the same direction as you twist the wire nut. This way you don't loosen the wire but when you are applying the tape.

If you do not have a junction box in the wall, you need an electrician to come and do the wiring. That is not a DIY task for a beginner.
