Nice to see you! Changing light positions can be tricky...but shut power off and go step by step...it ends up being very satisfying! Lighting can make or break a room. Job well done!
Looks great - Thanks for sharing Peter. That Festool Diamond Cutter looks like a very useful piece if equipment & impressively up to the usual high standards of Festool dust control!
Hi David, I was careful whilst using it (wearing the mask) but there was no need at all. I could not spot any dust escaping and we had no dust settling anywhere in the room - amazing. Cheers. Peter
Hi Peter these screwless connectors are brilliant. They come in the form you have for stranded or solid cable and a slightly cheaper and smaller version for solid cable only. I have used them extensively in France and a particular advantage is that they never work loose, unlike the old fashioned choc blocks, and can be concealed in a junction box and left safely in relatively inaccessible places. Mike PS that Festool stone cutter looks fantastic.
Hi mate, I really like the way you explain what you are doing. I’m a plasterer and was impressed with that bit of patching that you did. It doesn’t matter how you get there, it’s the end product that matters. Ps I subbed after watching your karcher k5 review and demo. Got ours this morning and am really impressed with it so thank you for the review 🙌
Hi Tim, Thank you on both counts - I am sure that you will have made a better job than me by a long way on that wall and well done on the Karcher. Cheers. Peter
Hi Christopher, Gosh, we have been busy - the fences were blown down about 3 weeks ago and so many of the routine bits of work have had to slip. It is lovely to get back in front of the camera again and I will soon be back to normal. Cheers. Peter
Nice job Peter, please swap out that little 2 step stool for one with a top hand rail, that is an accident waiting to happen, tap your foot on the way up and you'll be off in a heartbeat. Also, brass TV socket and brushed ally socket, you savage or is it behind furniture normally? :)
If you want expertise and perfection; always look towards "our" Peter Parfitt. None Finer! Thank you kind Sir; for sharing your talents with us. And we look; yet for another video, that exudes "Absolutely Brilliant!"...
Hi Peter, I'm stuck as i want to use the parf guids 8x4 sheet that I have made. Are you contactable by phone? I wish to make the shelves at 225mm but the dogs and other holes are preset in distance.
I wanted to see how you did the wiring and you skipped that part. But you keep showing all your tools. I was quite disappointed on having to watch most of the video to find out you didn't show how to do the wiring.
I am not qualified to either teach or demonstrate wiring in the UK. If you need to be shown how to do it then you need to employ a qualified electrician. Peter

hi Mike, Yes, I love those connectors and I was very lucky to be able to borrow that stone cutter - it really is a great tool. Cheers. Peter

Hi Marcos, Yes, it is a nice room. Cheers. Peter

That TV socket was here when we arrived and is yet to be replaced. Cheers. Peter

Hi David, Go to the "About" tab on my UA-cam top page and send me an email describing what you are trying to do. Peter
Once I get a picture level, I put a lump of BluTak behind it to stop it moving.
Hi Michael, Brilliant idea - beats nailing it through the frame. Cheers. Peter
Incredible tools mr P, I think my imaginary girlfriend has possibly run away with Tom 😜
Hi Von, Tom is a really good guy. Cheers. Peter

Why did you change your watch halfway through the video? It went from a seiko or rotary to a plastic 🤔
I probably had changed some of my clothing as well - videos are not always done in one day. Peter
@@NewBritWorkshop I enjoyed the video anyway 👍👍
