    Hi, I watched your video on making Miso paste and finally found the video where you used it, how did it turn out compared to store bought miso? I am interested to know.

    This looks マジおいしい I don't have any kombu but I do have dashi stock granules, could I use a tablespoon or two of the dashi powder instead of the kelp. I do have clams and miso paste for the recipe though.

      Yes, you can use a table spoon of the dashi powder instead of the kelp! This really tastes おいしい! Enjoy your miso soup ! ❤️
