Not picking sides until all the evidence has been revealed. Too many people have lost jobs over jumping the gun on something with no evidence and I'd hate for this to be true, but its too early to tell.

We don't know what's going on tbh, but Twitch employees have been found to be doing weird things, say weird things and allowing degenerate behaviour on their platform so I'm taking statements from them with a pinch of salt.

Burden of proof is on the accuser to prove that Guy Beahm is guilty on all accounts. Since he has not provided any receipts, witnesses, or testimonies, it should be regarded as nothing but hearsay and you cannot prosecute based on that. Beahm has no obligation to prove anything, and would have been better off not responding at all, rather than giving what seemed like a not well-thought out one that he did.

let me just say this since a lot of people don’t seem to understand, many past twitch workers, and higher ups have weighed in and have stated their agreement with the rumor, but there was a settlement in which this situation was swept under the rug by twitch and Dr Disrespect, so no, there likely won’t be a case or trial, and the only thing we’ll ever be able to go off of is these twitch higher up’s statements.
I think that because the real reason has still not been disclosed to this day, people are claiming the worst thing possible so that the real reason will have to come out in order to counteract the worst thing.

I do like that Twitch doesn't deliberately give you a shitty bitrate like UA-cam. That's the only nice thing I'll say about it
@@Gauze-sb2fo Hmm, I can stream in 1440p on YT and with a really nice quality when I select normal latency mode. Don't know the exact bitrate then, I usually have set OBS to 20k bitrate. If you select low latency on YT, then the quality goes down, because of faster encoding. But generally speaking, I can stream a much better quality on YT than on Twitch.
Perhaps it's because youtube can be considered kinda harder if you are strictly streaming and it also has less chat features but then again you can also attract easier via thumbnail and you also can rewind live streams
I think youtube is kinda like a higher barrier to entry but also higher reward
@@HatTrickzTV My main reason why I did switch years ago was that I really have issues with Twitch and all their double standards, soft p*rn stuff and all that, you propably know what I'm talking about. We've seen a lot of crazy stuff where Twitch did not enforce their own TOS, so yeah, I just don't really like Twitch for many reasons anymore.
how many UA-camrs had their lives ruined because of baseless accusations with no evidence? I still think about that TikTok cosplayer who ended his life on a TikTok live because a group of people spread some foul grooming allegations about him with no proof. ALWAYS wait for proof BUT Doc said the wrong things, he should've flat out denied the accusations instead of saying "no wrong doing was found".

So if there was a settlement, and to my understanding it was paid to the Doc. That means it was unfounded and false. What's now happening is a "guilty even when proven innocent" and the people who are doing it, could find themself in the same position sooner than you think.

Why I think he couldn't have done it:
Simple. Doc sued Twitch. He would never have done that, if he'd be guilty, because that would've been the most easy lawsuit win for Twitch in their company history.
They could've shown the chat logs and that would've been the end for the Doc.
But Twitch did not sue Doc. Twitch even lost the case and payed out the contract.
So he couldn't have done it.

I had a chance to check out one of Icke's books. Went into it with an open mind, let's see what he has to say. It was very disappointing. He doesn't make convincing arguments that he's backing up with sources, he's just making wild unsubstantiated claims and interspersing them with powerpoint slides and memes and then bragging about how correct he is. It's fine to make extravagant claims but as they say, extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence and he just doesn't do his due diligence.
Yeah, I'm of the same train of thought with David's points. He just seems to be swinging in the dark but I'd be lying if it doesn't get my attention, but that goes for any of the craziest conspiracy theories. I just like to hear where they're going with it.

You were banned off a site for reasons unknown, he clearly can’t say he didn’t try to meet with a minor, not a single twitch employee/rep is denying what the accuser has said, we know he is involved/has been involved with legal battles. You could go into his character of cheating (the same way you go into the character traits of his accusers like keemstars legal pedophilic views to deny an accusation that does not directly influence what’s going on).

But if you don’t feel comfortable arresting someone immediately for an allegation, you shouldn’t feel comfortable with an alleged abuser still profiting until a legal ruling. He put himself in a volatile situation where he is in the vicinity of this perception of his character. He can deal with a pause in his life to clear his name the same way anybody else would have to.

Hmm. The company he was working with for his games canned him and he's apparently taking an indefinite break from streaming as of today. I don't know, if he didn't do anything wrong and stood on his integrity, he wouldn't be essentially going into hiding after these allegations were made.
Not necessarily. I imagine following these allegations, he's been getting attacked left, right and center so him wanting to step away for a bit makes sense. As for the firing, I hope they've got pretty compelling reasons as to why they've done that or that studio is gonna crash and burn.
