Understandable it’s okay if top portion of your back rounds where it gets dangerous if your lower back rounds but thank you for the concern will try to keep it more straighten next time 🙏🏽
@ Why is it okay to round the upper back? That doesn’t really make sense to me, as the joints up there still need to be kept stable. I’m a physiotherapist, and that’s what I was taught during my education, but I’m open to being proven wrong.
@ so no mater what as you go heavier on deadlifts your back is going to round somewhat your just able to have more pressure on the upper back then the lower but either way it’s different for everybody I’m just saying the upper part of your back is better to round then lower the best deadlifters in the world have rounded backs just not to the extent of it being fatal overall I could get injured having my back flat round or super rounded for me it’s comfortable and doesn’t hurt my back or put a lot of pressure on it

The first clip my whole back definitely round cuz I was going for 700 pounds so my form wasn’t as good as it shoulda been
