It's been more than 4 months since my petition was filed but USCIS haven't provided any update on my petition, what should I do? Please kindly suggest.
@@goglobalbypragnyaI haven't received the petition number yet from the USCIS and the consultancy who filed my petition are asking me to wait for some more time for them to respond. I don't think USCIS takes more than 4 months to provide the petition number right? I may need your assistance here Pragnya. for h4 visa, does spouse name should be after marriage name in passport or old name should be fine?
Not needed. Original name is fine. Changing the name is not worth the hassle!
