- I put pollen under the microscope and observed the growth of pollen tubes. These pollen tubes carry sperm cells (two of them) to the ovary of the plant.

How you observed growing pollens, I mean what is the procedure
Put pollen into sugar water and hope that it works. It did not always work for me, depends on type of pollen as well.
