True! They should teach this info in health class in all schools! It has to do with putting the body into a parasympathetic nervous system state. That state is what allows the body to relax and heal.
Sometimes I even feel better after just resting deeply than I do after sleeping, because my breathing often sucks in my sleep. In the state between alert and sleep, my body is at its most relaxed.
I also do that when I can’t fall asleep. It really helps. One time I was only asleep for 2 hours and the rest I’m was just resting. The next day I still felt okay.

Maybe it was the farmers who are to blame. The world used to have a lot more of them. Kids are the true psychos. Most are so excited they cannot wait to start the day. Hilarious!! I think I'm a mix of the insomniac and psychopath! Love the druggie one!🙌🤣🤣
I didn't go to sleep until 1:30 last night. I went to school just fine, though. I could probably stay up until 5, sleep 2 hours, and still be able to operate.
I laughed too hard at this. I’m definitely a combination of the bragger and insomniac. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to sleep for any extended period of time that even when I get the opportunity, my body still wakes me up after 6 hours.
He forgot the "there’s a demon hovering over me even tho I can’t see him BUT I KNOW HES THERE" sleeper.
So good and so accurate! The twist at the end had me rolling! 🤣🤣
@4:03...Her ""Stop waking me up!"
Him-"You sounded crazy who are you Emily Rose???? stop talking to spirits"me LOL I literally screamed laughing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m definitely the “anywhere anytime” guy. I often fall asleep sitting on the couch, often in my clothes, and I do have several alarms set. Sometimes even those don’t even wake me up.
Lucky 🤣
@@Ivan-0000 You’d think so…until you sleep through your alarms and are late to work…
Anytime, Anywhere, the Napper, the Insomniac, and another category, the one who seeks out the cat before bed. (A cross between the Cuddler and Perfectionist.)
the fold over right before getting into bed 🤣🤣
I am watching this video after I have slept on the desk ın Italian Class. My back Will kill me after a few hours but who cares. It was a good sleep

I've been struggling with sleep since my senior in high school. The insomniacs I was rolling and the psychotic perfectionist lol 🤣🤣
