After 21 or so it doesn't make a big difference how old you are. Besides, your age changes every year, its just easier to remember your birthdate and do the math after age 21.

A wise thing I figured out as a kid when I ate too much sugar and felt like crap was just to eat some cheese sprinkled with a tiny bit of salt. Literally, it somehow balances the sugar out - not completely, but you'll no longer feel like you're wanting to die!

I'm 19 and for some reason I liked most of it other than the getting hurt at bending. But today, I went to a park and walked around. It was my first day, hopefully I'll continue doing that
