The reason you have almost 500 subscribers is because you're being you and we all enjoy that! We don't want perfection, we want the genuine and real Meg Vonfeldt!

from wat I can tell, you may b a perfectionist. try to do your best. I'm one to and always have been. I can't do a 65% and call it complete, even 85% makes me feel bad. But for me at least, I watched a couple of your videos because of what you said, not how you said it. Being saved from drowning by dolphins is really funny. But I'd rather have the rear windows go all the down and high five some babies I think most admire your honesty & realness. The social pressure we create in our heads to deliver comes from alot of places. But in short, in any craft, generally speaking, it good to kinda know, (but not really) why you do it. Do you do it for yourself? Do you do it cause it makes u happy? Do you do it for acceptance? Do you do it because you want to help people? Answering those will help you find a answer no doubt. I'm a prof. artist these days, and as of lately, i've found, the more I can let go when I'm making something, the better it turns out. Its so true. Things we make aren't supposed" to be anything preconceived. In short, the more free you are of concern for the end product, the more you can let go of the ways you think it has to be, or what you've been told it has to be, that better it will be. When I draw, super focused, trying really hard, it looks controlled and looks like alot of things you've seen 1000 times. But if i can let go of all that, and enjoy the process, Art is in the Process, not the final product, the process is the fun, or it should be. the final product is....something....Anyways, your vids totally cheered me up. I was having a bad day, and you totally changed that from some random place somewhere. Many Many thanks - and good luck w whatever you decide on makes you happy - J

AMM question: how many of your subscribers do you know personally?
